I am unsure of the name but
my dad showed me a video clip about this amazing new zealand photographer
He would go to amazing locations at night time and take wonderful pictures (as shown below.)
He did this by waving a light around in a tricky technique on a slow shutter speed.It looks like day time even though it is not.
